Yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL day in Oregon. We decided to take a day trip to Cannon Beach. We had a great time! Molly loves the sand and the water. If we let her, she would just run right into the water!! Here are some of our favorite photos. More on Picasa!!

Happy Valentines Day!! We had a great weekend, filled with food, friends, family & of course LOVE!! Matt & I went to dinner last night with some friends and had a great time. We stopped by our favorite Valentines spot: Cupcake Jones for some treats to bring home. Molly enjoyed eating her cupcakes today as you can see! (Cassie got one too, of course!!) In addition to celebrating V-day, it is also Molly's 18 month birthday today! She is such a little girl now-- our baby is almost gone. Times flies!
Grandma & Papa stopped by this morning with some Valentines gifts.
They brought a book that they recorded themselves reading! Molly loves turning the pages to hear Grandma & Papa's voices!!
Molly got her very first Tea set from Matt & I! She spent part of the day pouring us tea! (The teapot makes pouring sounds when you tip it over.)
Now to those cupcakes....Which one should I choose?!!
MMMM!! Can it be Valentines Day every day?!
No? OK, well I guess I better get ready for St. Patrick's Day!! ;-)
Molly had such a wonderful Christmas!! Here are some photos & a little video to tell the story. A lot of the photo credits go to my brother Matt. Thanks Uncle Matt!

I heard from a couple of friends about the Polar Express train in Hood River. It sounded like a fun Christmas activity. I know Molly is kind of young for it this year, but I figured all the adults would have fun too. So yesterday Grammy, Grandpa, Grandma, Molly, Matt & I made our way to Hood River to ride the Polar Express!
Molly had a great time on her very first train ride. She also loved the hot chocolate & cookies! She was not too impressed with Santa though! Santa gave Molly a bell, which she loved to shake. We sang Christmas carols & read the book the Polar Express. All in all it was a fun activity and I know Molly will love it even more in the future.

December has been a busy month!! Having a 16 month old at Christmastime has been such fun. Molly LOVES Christmas lights & Christmas trees, Christmas music & Christmas cookies!! She "shows" us the Christmas lights out front and our Christmas tree several times a night. The only thing she wasn't a big fan of was Santa..... She would NOT sit on his lap! She did want to give him a high five though!! Here are some recent photos of our December adventures so far. More to come!!
We hope you had a great Thanksgiving with your families. We have so much to be Thankful for this year. It is wonderful to have a day to count our blessings and be with the ones we love. We also spent this Thanksgiving thinking of our family & friends who are far away, but always in our hearts. We love you guys!
We had a great Thanksgiving here at our house. Brian, Sabrina, Mom & Dad came over, so it was just a small group this year. We had lots of good food and football, though! Molly actually fell asleep while eating Thanksgiving dinner!! We got it on video! So cute! I guess Turkey does make you sleepy!!
