Here are some videos of Molly over Christmas. In the first, Grandpa Jim is making her laugh on Christmas Eve! She has been laughing a lot more lately.....you never know what she is going to think is funny!! She REALLY thought all of us running & jumping on the new Wii was funny!
In the second, Daddy captured Molly rolling over for the first time!! She needs a little support on her foot (she pushes off our hand) but she basically is doing it on her own now!! Such a big girl!!
Next, we have Molly riding the pony that Auntie, Uncle Ralph, Uncle Tom & Aunt Cathy got for her!
And last is a video of Molly waking up in the morning. It was a big hit with all of the grandparents to get to go get Molly up from her crib because she is so smiley! Grandpa Wayne took this video one morning as we ALL went in to get her!! So sweet!

Christmas 08!
Sorry I am so slow! It has been a busy Christmas for us! We had a great Holiday, celebrating with my family & Matt's family at our house in Tigard. It was a very white Christmas here, which was fun! We had over a foot of snow, which was the most Oregon has had in 40 years! There are several pictures on the photo page, but here are a few favorites!

4 Months, Christmas Trees and SNOW!!
Well, here in Oregon we are all snowed in!! On Sunday it snowed about 4 inches and then froze solid, so all the roads are a sheet of ice. Schools are closed and people are staying home. Another storm is supposed to come in tomorrow bringing more snow, then freezing rain, then 2-4 more inches of snow on top of that! So we might not be going anywhere for the next couple of days! It might warm up this weekend, just in time for Janet & Jim to arrive from Houston, but we are waiting to see!! So far we have kept Molly mostly inside because it is too cold (20 degrees) for her, but we did get out for a walk on Sunday morning with my parents and Emile. Emile is a high school student from Rwanda who is staying with my parents for the month of December. It is so much fun to show him all things "American"!! We are learning a lot from him about Rwanda as well! We took him on his first ever walk in the snow and got some Hot Chocolate! He loved it all!!

We kept Molly very warm!! Matt thought she looked like the little boy on A Christmas Story who couldn't move his arms!!
On Saturday, before all this snow and ice, we went out and got a Christmas tree! We went up a little hill (about 500 feet) and found ourselves in a snow shower! So Molly's first experience with snow was Saturday!! She was sticking out her tongue and licking the flakes!!

Today was Molly's 4 month visit and all is well! She got more shots today...yuck!! Here are her stats:
Weight: 12 lbs 13 oz
Length: 24 1/4 inches
Head: 16 1/8 inches
She is growing and changing everyday! We are still trying to get that reflux under control. We are trying a different medication for a couple weeks, and then if that doesn't work, I am going to try removing all milk and dairy from my diet. The doctor thinks that maybe her stomach is having a hard time digesting milk right now. Hopefully the medicine works, because I love my milk & cheese & ICE CREAM!!!
Molly has recently started laughing! Mostly at Cassie and other random things! Matt and I sing and make funny faces and try so hard to get her to laugh and then that dog runs by and she cracks up!! You never know what she thinks is funny! I'm trying to get a good video of her laugh, but I've missed it so far. I'll post it when I get one! Here are some photos from the past month, more on the photo page!

Thanksgiving & first Santa visit!
We had a great Thanksgiving with family and friends!! We hosted it at our house, and I tried brining a turkey for the first time!! I think it turned out well. The food was great, but the football could have been better! The Aggies and the Beavers both had heartbreaking losses to their biggest rivals. :-( What a terrible way to end the season.
Molly was so good all weekend and really enjoyed the visits by her aunts & uncles! She even took a nap right through Thanksgiving dinner!! How convenient!! On Sunday, Matt and I, Matt, Lauren, Mom, Brian, Sabrina and the Fishers all went to a movie while Grandpa Wayne stayed home with Molly. A first babysitting experience for Grandpa!!
Yesterday was the Kittelson & Associates Kids Holiday party. Sadly, Matt was out of town on business and so was Grandpa Wayne. And Grandma Jan was hosting bunco at her house. So Molly & I went downtown by ourselves to the party! Molly sat on Santa's lap for the first time and Santa gave her a stuffed animal and a book. I don't think Molly minded Santa too much!! She just thought his beard was a little itchy!!
Here are some photos from Thanksgiving and Molly's first visit with Santa:
